Open Office Privacy Booth

It mocks how modern office culture destroys genuine privacy in the name of openness and teamwork, then monetizes the discomfort by selling isolation back to workers as an innovative solution.

A sleek, hyper-modern open-plan office stretches across the frame beneath an oversized motivational wall slogan: COLLABORATE. Long communal tables have no partitions, but every employee is sealed inside a tiny wheeled glass privacy booth parked side by side like office-version phone chargers. Inside their individual boxes, one worker takes a video call, another eats a sad lunch alone, another gives a cheerful thumbs-up through the fogged glass, and another has rolled their booth a few inches to 'join' a team huddle made of other isolated boxes. In the corner, a facilities manager proudly removes the last traditional office door while a brochure or sign advertises: 'New! Personal Collaboration Pods.'
